Hoops For Heroes had teachers and staff compete against police officers and volunteer firefighters in a March Madness-style tournament.
Proceeds from the event are going to support the Tunnel to Towers Foundation and the high school's Share and Care program.
Hauppauge students were the coaches and referees.
