A homeless man is facing second-degree murder charges in connection to the death of a vape shop owner.
Suffolk County detectives arrested Yoel Atzmon for the May 2021 murder of Kinshuk Patel
Officials say one of Patel's family members was unable to contact him and found Patel injured at his Lindenhurst business.
Patel was pronounced dead at the hospital.
