Police say a homeless man is under arrest after a man was lit on fire in Glen Cove last month.
According to police, German Umanzor was arrested yesterday on attempted murder charges after he allegedly burned another man's legs.
Detectives say he then left the victim for dead in a wooded area near the train station.
The victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition, but is expected to survive.
