Home prices on Long Island are continuing to climb.
New data from Key MLS Thursday says sales in both Nassau and Suffolk counties went up in January compared to last year.
In Suffolk, the median home price went up 4.5% to $700,000.
In Nassau, there was a 3.1% increase with an average sale price of $835,000.
The same study says closing sales also dipped in both counties by about 6.5% on average.
