The COVID-19 pandemic has led to record high home prices on Long Island.
The multiple listing service One Key says prices are 18% higher in Suffolk and 12% in Nassau.
The median price in Suffolk is now $473,000 and $598,000 in Nassau.
Historically low interest rates and low supply as people move out of the city are combining to fuel the surge in prices.
