A 2-year-old Hicksville boy was found dead in a neighbor?s pool Saturday night.According to police, the boy?s parents were having a party at their home on 16 Genesee St. The toddler wandered into the back yard next door. Police say he got around a fence, onto the deck and into the four-foot, above-ground pool. Police say a neighbor who knew CPR tried to revive Shaan Pathak and so did the paramedics, but it was too late. Police have ruled the drowning an accidental homicide.
