A Hewlett man is accused of exposing himself to several women.

According to police, on four separate occasions Marat Blustin exposed himself to women while in his car.

The incidents happened at different locations in Valley Stream and Cedarhurst between July of 2018 and last month.

Blustin is charged with pubic lewdness.
