Tropical Storm Hermine has thrown a wrench into the travel plans of millions of Americans this Labor Day Weekend.
With 16 million people expected to fly, the nation's biggest airlines are waiving "change" fees for passengers with routes in Hermine's path.
With gas prices remaining low, millions of other travelers will be hitting the highways. More than 35 million Americans are expected to drive 50 miles or more this weekend.
The Long Island Rail Road is adding extra trains heading east on the Babylon, Port Jefferson, Ronkonkoma, Port Washington and Far Rockaway branches.
