A Hempstead man accused in a triple murder has been deemed unfit to stand trial.
Nassau District Attorney Madeline Singas says a judge ruled that
Bobby Vanderhall needs psychiatric treatment and is not mentally fit to stand trial.
Police say he became enraged when his mom kicked him out of the house.
Vanderhall's attorney told
Newsday his client would go to a state psychiatric facility until he is able to stand trial.
