News 12 Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Sam Augeri says heat and humidity are on the rise with feels-like temperatures up to 100 degrees for Thursday.
The National Weather Service issued a heat advisory for Long Island starting Thursday at 11 a.m. and ending Friday at 9 p.m.
