A gunshot was fired Monday night in the parking lot of a West Babylon gas station after a dispute between two men, police say.

The incident occurred just after 6:30 p.m. at the Citgo gas station off Sunrise Highway.

The gas station manager says the incident was captured on their surveillance camera, which has been turned over to police.

It is still unclear what the two men were fighting about. Investigators say the person who fired the shot fled the scene. The other man stayed.

No injuries were reported and no arrests have been made.
