It's a win-win for Long Island's best students today: get good grades and get free ice cream!

Stew Leonards' two Long Island locations are offering free ice cream to kids between ages 5 and 12 who scored an "A" or equivalent grade.

Parents just need to bring along a copy of their report card to the locations in East Meadow or Farmingdale between noon and 5 p.m. It's running today only.

If your child's school does not give letter grades, their highest mark will be accepted. It's good for a free small cone or cup of ice cream.
