Gary Grigg, of Patchogue, charged with 1st-degree sex act, 2nd-degree robbery
A Patchogue man accused in a violent sex assault case was indicted Wednesday by a grand jury. Gary Grigg, 25, pleaded not guilty to performing a first-degree criminal sex act and second-degree robbery.
