The Moriches Bay Project held its second annual Oyster Fling cocktail party on Saturday evening.
It was the organization's largest fundraising effort of the year.
The mission of the environmental nonprofit is to improve the bay's water quality.
The Moriches Bay Project was established back in 2012. Since then, it has successfully installed 150,000 oysters into the bay.
