Police say they have identified the body of a Freeport man found shot to death in his home Tuesday.Peter Jones, 48, was shot multiple times. Police say his girlfriend found him when she came to Jones? apartment to check on him. At the time the murder took place, police say a white van with writing on its side was parked across the street from Jones? Miller Avenue home.Neighbors say Jones is survived by a daughter.
