Fox 5 news anchor Greg Kelly is being investigated by the Manhattan District Attorney's office.
Kelly is the son of New York City Police Commissioner Ray Kelly. A woman claims that back in October, Kelly sexually assaulted her after drinks at the Manhattan law firm where she works.
Kelly has not been charged with any crime.
