Former Rep. George Santos was in court in Central Islip on Tuesday.

As News 12 has reported, Santos is facing 23 federal charges.

Santos is accused of misusing campaign funds and lying about his campaign finances.

Santos has pleaded not guilty to all charges and is expected to go on trial in September.
