A group of first reponders in Nassau helped to bring a new life into the world on Saturday morning.
Police say they were called to a home on Locust Place in Manhasset.
That's where they found a woman in labor, and within a minute she delivered a baby girl.
Officers evaluated the mother and baby before transporting them both to the hospital.
They say the mother and baby are both doing well.
