Crews have left the scene of what was a massive fire in Westbury after spending several hours cooling down hot spots.
The fire at Jamaica Ash started late Wednesday night, and it took until Thursday morning for officials to deem it under control, but remained at the scene dealing with hot spots.
The Westbury Fire Department deemed the scene officially all clear at 4 a.m. Friday.
Long Island Rail Road officials now say that riders can expect a normal morning commute. The fire suspended service on multiple branches into Thursday due to its proximity to the train tracks.
More than 300 firefighters from across Long Island responded to help put out the fire.
No injuries were reported.
