37ds agoA fire broke out at an auto body shop in Hempstead, prompting a response from 40 firefighters, according to police.
Police say flames erupted at Automotive Tech Collision on Jerusalem Avenue around 1:30 p.m.
One firefighter was injured while battling the blaze. Officials say it took about 30 minutes to extinguish.
The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
