The family of a Shelton teen stabbed to death in 2022 at a party has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the teens they say were involved.
Police say Jimmy McGrath was trying to break up a fight at a house party in Shelton on May 14, 2022, when he was allegedly stabbed to death by Raul Valle.
The lawsuit names 17 defendants, including Valle, his parents and other minors.
Valle was charged with murder and three counts of assault.
