Experts say shoppers are responding to early holiday deals that begin well before Thanksgiving and Black Friday.
Port Washington-based retail analyst Marshal Cohen says 20 percent of consumers have already started their holiday shopping.
Michelle Vulpe, of East Meadow, says she's already bought some gifts for her loved ones.
"The Disney Store already had Black Friday sales. We were surprised," Vulpe told News 12 Long Island.
Black Friday will once again bring consumers to the stores the day after Thanksgiving. Cyber Monday will also bring digital shoppers to online stores on Nov. 30.
