An exclusive video obtained by News 12 shows the terrifying moments a stranger kicked down a Parkchester woman's door and broke into her apartment.

The man, police later identified as 44-year-old Brian Watts, is seen on video banging on 27-year-old Cristen's apartment door and crawling through a hole.

Cristen was uninjured during break-in, and she says she hid in her bathroom while calling the police. She tells News 12 this was her worst fear living alone.

"I really thought in that bathroom, this is my last day on earth. I'm not going to survive this," she said.

Police say Watts is charged with burglary, criminal mischief and possession of a controlled substance.
