Eight former members of a youth singing group are moving forward with their sex abuse claims against a Long Island priest.
According to Newsday, the men have now filed reports with prosecutors, as well as claims with the Dioceses of Rockville Centre.
The victims were part of the PJ Folksingers at Saints Philip and James Roman Catholic Church.
They say they were abused by the priest who ran the group in the 1970s.
Father Peter Charland died in 2004.
