A potentially damaging piece of evidence has been played at the DWI murder trial of a Babylon man.
Yesterday, the courtroom heard a recording of Michael Grasing admitting to his father that a man had yelled at him to get off the road, according to Newsday.
According to prosecutors, the recording was before Grasing hit and killed 18-year-old Brittany Walsh two years ago.
Prosecutors say Grasing was speeding through traffic lights and had a blood alcohol level four times the legal limit.
