Police say two men have been arrested in connection to a slashing during an attempted robbery at the Wantagh 7-Eleven.
Police say a worker was cleaning outside the 7-Eleven yesterday when he tried to stop Elijah Coleman and Shamar Parker from coming into the store on Park Avenue.
According to police, Parker then stabbed the worker under the chin and slashed him across the face.
Police say another store worker showed up right after the attack.
The manager was treated and released from the hospital.
