A Baywood man is in court and accused of killing the Good Samaritan who tried to break up a fight between two brothers.
Police say Edwin Ramirez got into a fight with his brother at a home on Lincoln Avenue on August 8.
According to police, when Luis Gomez, 22, tried to break it up, Ramirez allegedly stabbed him.
Ramirez is facing manslaughter charges.
