An East Hampton town trustee has been accused of drunken driving.
Police say John Tyler Armstrong was speeding and swerving around 3 a.m. Saturday on Cedar Street in East Hampton.
They say the 30-year-old was stopped near Fieldview Lane and failed a field sobriety test.
