An East End man is accused of a road rage incident, stemming from a driver who was littering.
Southampton police say David Navarra was on Mill Road in Noyac Thursday night when someone in the car in front of him threw litter out of the window.
They say the Shelter Island Heights man followed the car all the way back to the driver's home, and threatened the man.
Navarra was arrested at the scene on harassment charges.
