Suffolk police arrested a Commack man in his home Thursday morning for allegedly selling cocaine and illegally possessing guns.
Police say they also seized cash in a raid on the Ramita Lane home of Steven Presti, a father of five who lives less than a mile from a school.
"What he was doing was buying cocaine, packaging it in small packages and selling it out of his house," said Det. Sgt. Bruce Markgraf.
A sniper rifle was among the four guns confiscated by police Thursday.
Police said it was a neighbor's complaint about seeing lots of people coming in and out of Presti's house that led to the investigation.
Police said Presti is on probation from a prior drug bust in New York City and is not permitted to own firearms.
