Some lucky Long Islanders got relief at the pump Thursday morning.92.3 K-Rock teamed up with the Lukoil gas station on Wantagh Avenue in Wantagh to give away free gas. Fifty people were able to take part in the offer and fill their vehicles with up to $80 worth of gas.Some drivers said they began lining up around 2 a.m. to make sure they would get the free gas.
