Dognapped Chihuahua back at pet shop in West Islip

A 9-week-old Chihuahua puppy is back at the pet shop after being dognapped Saturday. The dognapping was caught on BTJ?s Jungle Pet Shop?s video surveillance. Police say they got a major break Sunday morning
