The New York City Board of Education started opening registration centers Monday in the Bronx for students heading back to school this fall.New and returning students can register for classes at any of five regional enrollment offices in the Bronx. The offices will be open from August 28th through September 29th, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. During that time, students will have an opportunity to look at schools of interest.Officials are asking parents to bring their children?s proof of address, birth certificate, baptismal certificate or passport, immunization history and a recent transcript or report card.
