The Suffolk district attorney says Omar Aitcheson said the substance was cocaine, but was revealed to be a deadly cocktail of fentanyl and tramadol.
The drug was sold to three Copiague men, who all experienced an overdose.

Aitcheson has been arraigned on multiple drug charges.
