Crews worked to fix two water main breaks in the Bethpage area on Monday.

The breaks occurred at the intersection of Silber Avenue and Manor Drive, and also on the Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway.

It is unclear if the repairs were completed yet or how many people were affected.

News 12 reached out to the Bethpage Water District for more information and are waiting to hear back.

These weren’t the only water main breaks on Monday, with a break in Copiague putting about 45 homes on Scudder Avenue out of service for most of the day.

Service was restored for those customers around 5 p.m.
