Crews yesterday started $30 million in pothole repairs to state roads on Long Island.
The repairs include a 4-mile stretch of the LIE from Roslyn Heights to the Queens line. Overnight drivers are being pushed to the service road.
There are also Sunrise Highway repairs from Lynbrook to the Wantagh Parkway and between Lindenhurst and Massapequa.
In March, work will be done on an 8-mile stretch of Montauk Highway in Southampton and East Hampton.
