The seven-day positivity rate fell again Tuesday and is now at 24.3%. That's down from 25.14% Monday.
There were 7,949 new coronavirus cases reported across Long Island.
Twenty-five Long Islanders died of COVID-19, including eight in Nassau and 17 in Suffolk.
