The owner of a Deer Park nail salon where four people were killed in a crash is taking legal action against the alleged drunk driver.
Wenjun Cheng has filed a lawsuit against Steven Schwally and the liquor store that sold Schwally alcohol.
According to court documents, last year's crash was "a result of the careless and negligent manner in which the defendant operated and controlled his vehicle."
Schwally has pleaded not guilty to four counts of second-degree murder and other charges.
