A troubled nursing home in Woodbury is at risk of closing in a few months.
The nursing home says it will close unless a new labor agreement is reached between its new operator and labor union representing nearly 500 employees.
The nursing home found an operator last month willing to take over and purchase the facility for $10. The operator would assume its $72 million mortgage.
The receiver and union are set to participate in a mediation on the agreement on Thursday.
