A Centereach couple has been married since two years ago, but they say they're still waiting for their wedding photos.

Ryan and Karyn Degnan say their wedding night was "picture perfect," except they paid $3,800 to Thomas Paul Photography, but have not received a physical wedding album.

The couple did receive their wedding video -- and their pictures on a disc -- but with their hands full with two sons and a third on the way, Karyn Degnan says she never got around to picking her wedding album layout until recently.

A contract the couple signed with Thomas Paul Photography stipulated that she was supposed to choose a layout within eight months of the wedding, but she says the photographer told her not to worry about it.

After they touched base last October, the Degnans say the photographer told them they'd have to pay a $500 late fee.

"We're going to have three kids," Ryan says. "Things are very tight right now."

News 12 was eventually able to track down Thomas Paul, even though his company's phone number was out of service.

"I was willing to give a little flexibility, but not two years," Paul says. "It's been two years."

Paul says it's true that he told the Degnans they didn't need to get the layout to him right at the 8-month mark. But he says two years is just too long.

The Degnans say they realized they signed a contract, but they thought they had been given an exception. They say they won't be paying the late fee for the album.

Paul says he offered the Degnans a reduced late fee of $300 if they accepted a lesser package, but they declined that offer. He says his company's number was out of service because he's going out of business.

He says he plans to wrap up the remainder of his accounts, and he'll be through by the end of the year.
