A couple was arrested Friday morning after allegedly deceiving an 83-year-old woman and burglarizing her home.
Police say Al Tan and Sheila Ely posed as tree trimmers last month to lure the victim out of her East Carmans Road home.
Police say they then ransacked her home and stole jewelry.
