County Executive Steve Bellone gave an update on COVID-19 in Suffolk.

- 53 people have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 24 hours, bringing the total to 41,306 cases in the county.

- 5,095 people were tested for COVID-19 in the past 24 hours.

- There are also 18,970 positive tests for antibodies.

- There are 75 people hospitalized for COVID-19, with a decrease of two from June 26.

- One person died overnight from COVID-19.

- Bellone says that he hasn't received reports of people being non-compliant at Suffolk beaches.
