One week after two children discovered their parents murdered in their Syosset home, police are no closer to finding the killers.
Their 12 and 13-year-old sons found Jaspal Singh, 46, and his wife Geeta Singh, 38, shot to death last week in their Doone Drive home. Police say dozens of interviews with friends and family haven't yielded any red flags. With a Nassau Crime Stoppers mechanical board 100 yards up the street on the corner of Woodbury Road, police stopped traffic to pass out flyers and ask for clues Tuesday.
Nassau police left the crime scene without many clues, but remain determined to stop the case from going cold. Family from around the world attended the couple's funeral Saturday, and the boys returned to school Tuesday.
