Cops: Richard Dombroff, of Dix Hills, arrested for robbing Deer Park CVS twice

Police say a Dix Hills man has been arrested for allegedly robbing the same pharmacy twice. Investigators say Richard Dombroff stole prescriptions from the CVS on Deer Park Avenue back on Sept. 22.
