A man was arraigned today after being arrested at Robert Moses State Park for allegedly taking pictures of men in the bathroom.
Police say 33-year-old Eric Berger, of Seaford, hid in the bathroom of Robert Moses State Park's Field 5.
According to police, Berger used his cell phone to take pictures of men using the urinals.
A victim said he saw the photographs on Berger's phone and went after him, according to officials.
Investigators say they are seeking a warrant to view the images on Berger's cell phone.
