Police say a routine traffic stop in Flanders ended with a drug arrest.
Southampton town officers say they pulled over a vehicle around 2 a.m. Sunday on Evergreen Road.
They say a passenger in the vehicle, Darnell Giles, tossed a crack pipe and crack-cocaine out of the car's window during the traffic stop.
He is facing charges for drug possession and littering, police say.
