Police arrested a driver this morning that they say should never have been on the road.
Police say Mohamed Khan, of Bay Shore, is a repeat DWI offender.
The 42-year-old was pulled over at around 2 a.m. for allegedly speeding on the LIE in Huntington.
Police say his license was revoked, and that he was driving without an interlock device.
Khan was also arrested for DWI back in January.
