FORECAST:
Clouds build today with two rounds of rain arriving for tonight and tomorrow morning.
The first round arrives by 4 p.m. and lasts until midnight with the heaviest happening near 8 p.m.
Clouds and on/off showers linger overnight before the second batch arrives tomorrow morning at 4 a.m. and lasts through 11 a.m.. This batch is mostly in central and south Jersey with northern areas getting the rain by 7a.m.
The afternoon is unusually mild with temperatures in the mid-60s. This can spark a thunderstorm for 7 p.m., which could delay evening flights if the storm moves toward the airport. This isn't a guarantee, but a new detail emerging from the forecast.
Windy weather rolls through overnight into Thursday and Thanksgiving will be cold with wind chills that keep the feel like temperature in the 30s. Winds will gust up to 35 mph throughout the day, and some balloons can be grounded during the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade if this happens.
It remains cold for Friday.
The wind calms by the weekend, Saturday & Sunday. Weather can take a wintry turn by Tuesday/Wednesday of next week.
