Community raises funds to replace stolen items from campus garden

The Enchanted Garden, a community oasis of blooming flowers on the JFK High School campus, was burglarized last week. Now teachers are fundraising to replace the stolen items. 
Police say a complaint report was filed last Monday and say that someone broke the lock on the gate and proceeded to steal over $2,000 in power tools from the shed in the garden.

Thousands of dollars have been raised in just three days. 
Police say there is no current description of the suspects. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
