Another cold day ahead of a weekend warmup

News 12 Storm Watch Meteorologist Sam Augeri says Thursday will be cold before temperatures get gradually higher going into the weekend.
-The timing for rain this weekend has changed. Rain is now likely Sunday night into Monday morning. If this trend continues it will be more of an impact for the Monday morning commute. Rainfall 1-2 inches with a period of 20-40 mph winds. No major impacts but it will be a headache for commuters and holiday decorations will need to be secured.
